Actually as a cosmetologist, the best things to do to help thinning is to massage the scalp vigorously to promote blood flow to the scalp. Also, the commercial brands of shampoo can clog the pores with waxy synthetic ingredients, so salon only purchased shampoos with natural ingredients is best, but thoroughly rinsing the shampoo out. Do not buy all-in-one shampoo/conditioners. It just leaves residue behind. And, finally do not, I repeat, do not rub your hair dry with a towel. Blot and squeeze water out. The best way to dry is air dry, but if heat must be used then on low.
Sometimes hair thinning is caused by the scalp’s pores and in opening up pores, dormant follicles can be released. It also happens from the inside with nutrition.
