Water is the most important element of the human body. Our body will not work effectively if it will not get enough water. An average male needs to drink around 3.7 litres of  water and an average female need to drink around 2.7 litres of water in order to stay healthy.

One of my friends stays outside mostly. He told me that he always face digestive, red skin and itching problem. He was curious that why he face these problems often. This is not good for health. You should carry water with you. Keep a water bottle with you and keep drinking it time to time. You can consume more water if you carry it.

Put a Water bottle on your Working Desk

Are you often forgetting to drink water because you are so busy in your work? If you can’t leave your chair even to drink water then you should place a water bottle on your desk. It is smart idea to consume more water. When water bottle will stay near you will not have to avoid or delay in drinking it. You can ask to place water cooler in your department in order to drink it more.

Drinking water during meals fills your stomach and you consume less food.

Drink Unsweetened Water Drinks

To consume more water in a day, you should start drinking unsweetened drinks. Drinks like lemon water, green tea, cold tea without sugar is a good idea to consume more water. Drinking these types of drinks is good for your health as well as they will satisfy water need of your body.
