Cut one small onion and 3-4 pieces of garlic separately. Now in frying pan add one tablespoon of olive oil or mustard oil. Add a pinch of cumin seeds and let it spluttered. First add garlic to the olive oil and wait till garlic start browning. Now add onion, after two minutes when onion starts browning add tomatoes and boiled lentils. Mix well, your lentils soup is ready to serve.

You can also eat it simple after boiling. When I prepare lentil soup, I eat it after boiling without adding onions and other ingredients. This way I consume more natural form of it.

Add one cup of lentils, continue stirring it for 30 minutes until lentils tender. Shape of lentils should not destroy. Now place lentils to a bowl and add chopped garlic, tomatoes and onion. Now mix one tablespoon of lemon juice and salt in it. Mix it well. You can also add olive oil in the salad.
