    • Hi Umarani V, Thanks for dropping a comment on my blog. Pineapple is not good for diabetic peoples, as 100 grams of pineapple contains 10 grams sugar. You can only consume it if it suits to your daily sugar eating limit prescribed by your doctor.

      The second question you asked about cottage cheese sold by Amul or Britania. In this article, I referred to the cottage cheese sold in stores of America. Cottage Cheese sold in India is different than the American version. In India, it is sold as paneer which is not same. You can look for American version cottage cheese in some big stores. Most chances are you find it, but I doubt. Comment your further queries, I would like to reply.
